Maharshtra cuisine Maharashtrian cuisine includes mild and spicy dishes. Wheat, rice, jowar, bajri, vegetables, lentils and fruit are dietary staples. Maharashtra, more specifically the Konkan region, is the place my family originally comes from.Today I am posting some recipes from Maharashtra.
